Monkura is highly concentrated, a single drop already makes a difference. Start with the lower recommendation and adjust to your taste. Less is often more.

What goes with Monkura.
Wherever you have used sugar or sweeteners so far, Monkura fits too. Here are our favourite uses.
Sweetened espresso
2 to 4 dropsThe classic. Monkura lifts the natural fruitiness of espresso without masking the roasted notes.
- Brew espresso fresh
- Add 2 to 4 drops of Monkura directly to the hot espresso
- Wait 10 seconds, stir briefly, done
Iced coffee, naturally sweetened
3 to 4 dropsCreamy and sweet. Perfect for warm days.
- Let a double espresso cool or pour it over ice
- Stir in 3 to 4 drops of Monkura
- Top up with milk or oat milk and add ice cubes
Sweetened matcha latte
2 to 4 dropsMatcha and monk fruit complement each other surprisingly well. The slight bitterness of matcha is gently balanced.
- Whisk 1 tsp of matcha powder with a little hot water
- Stir in 2 to 4 drops of Monkura
- Add frothed milk
Lemon ginger tea
4 to 5 dropsThe perfect morning starter. Warming, fresh, pleasantly sweet.
- Add fresh ginger and lemon juice to hot water
- Let it steep for 4 to 5 minutes
- Stir in 4 to 5 drops of Monkura
Overnight oats
5 to 7 dropsPrepare the night before, ready in the morning. No more maple syrup or brown sugar needed.
- Mix oats, milk or plant milk and chia seeds
- Stir in 5 to 7 drops of Monkura
- Refrigerate overnight, top with fruit in the morning
Yogurt bowl
4 to 6 dropsNatural or Greek yogurt instead of pre-sweetened cups.
- Put 150 to 200 g of natural yogurt in a bowl
- Fold in 4 to 6 drops of Monkura well
- Top with berries, nuts or granola
Porridge
5 to 8 dropsWarm, filling and pleasantly sweet.
- Cook oats in milk or water
- Remove from the heat, stir in 5 to 8 drops of Monkura
- Serve with cinnamon, berries or nut butter
Protein pancakes
15 to 20 dropsMonkura is heat-stable, no loss of flavour when baking. Ideal for all recipes that otherwise need sugar.
- Mix a batter from oats, egg, quark and a little baking powder
- Stir in 15 to 20 drops of Monkura
- Fry golden brown in a pan, serve with berries
Creamy cheesecake
10 to 15 dropsFor one springform tin (26 cm). Monkura fully replaces the sugar, the filling turns out just as creamy.
- Mix 500 g of quark, 3 eggs and 1 tsp of vanilla
- Stir in 10 to 15 drops of Monkura, taste
- Bake at 160 °C (fan) for approx. 45 minutes
Classic salad dressing
3 to 4 dropsSweet and tangy without honey or agave. Goes with almost any green salad.
- Whisk 3 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp of mustard
- Add 3 to 4 drops of Monkura, salt and pepper
- Shake well or whisk with a fork
Asian soy glaze
5 to 7 dropsReplaces brown sugar or honey in marinades. Ideal for tofu, chicken or salmon.
- Mix 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil and fresh ginger
- Stir in 5 to 7 drops of Monkura
- Use as a marinade or reduce briefly in a pan
Strawberry mousse
5 to 8 dropsFresh and light. Also great as a topping for yogurt or porridge.
- Puree 250 g of strawberries
- Stir in 5 to 8 drops of Monkura, taste
- Mix with quark or cream, chill
Hot chocolate
4 to 6 dropsReal cocoa: Monkura brings the sweetness, the cocoa brings the flavour.
- Stir 2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder into milk and heat
- Remove from the heat, add 4 to 6 drops of Monkura
- Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
